CRC Process

Please email criminal.check@abbyschools.ca to complete the online application.

Volunteers who work with children or vulnerable adults are required to complete a CRC as per the Criminal Records Review Act. The CRC must be completed through the Abbotsford School District, who is registered with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP). If a volunteer provides a Police/RCMP check, they will be required to complete a new one through us and the CRRPs online system.

Once you have completed these steps we will be in touch.  Criminal record checks are valid for five years.   

In addition to the CRC application process, please complete the volunteer package attached below and bring it to the school, alternatively you may obtain a copy of the printed forms at the school.  These forms will need to be completed each school year.
