
Winter Band Concert
The concert will begin promptly at 7:00PM and the evening we will be finished, packed up, and on the way home by 8:20PM.
All students are expected to wear the following: Black Socks, Black Shoes, Black Dress Pants (no jeans, leggings, sweatpants, or clothing with holes), and a white, long-sleeve, button-up, collared shirt.
The doors will open for people to fill the church at 6:40PM. We will be doing a sound check beforehand with each grade. The arrival schedule will be as follows:
Grade 8: 5:25PM
Grade 7: 5:50PM
Grade 6: 6:15PM
Students are to be ready to get on stage at this time. This means that they are in the church, their instruments are assembled, and they are in appropriate dress no later than the time posted above. There are nearly 300 band students, so punctuality is essential to making a night like this work well.
